one statement but so many interpretations- say it lovingly to those that are on the healing journey with you. Say it to yourself everyday and actively pursue it.

and then it’s the best “f...  you” ever - don’t you agree? 
I found myself last few months really confused with the online hate so ended up many conversations saying to people this sentence.
